The Cybersecurity Advancement Program (C.A.P.) is a bold, youth-led initiative aligned with Rwanda’s National Cybersecurity Strategy (2024–2029). More than a training program, C.A.P. is a movement uniting young Rwandans, educational institutions, industry leaders, and government to protect and advance Rwanda’s digital future with integrity, honor, and innovation.
As Rwanda accelerates its digital transformation, cybersecurity becomes critical to national safety, economic growth, and sovereignty. C.A.P. bridges the “Civilization Gap” by equipping a new generation of ethical, skilled cybersecurity professionals ready to defend, innovate, and lead in Africa’s digital landscape.

C.A.P. teaches cybersecurity as a shield, not a weapon. Our students learn to prevent cyberattacks ethically and legally, taking a solemn Cyber Ethics Oath. Mentored by experienced professionals, they become analysts, digital forensic experts, and ethical hackers committed to defending Rwanda’s digital space. Avoiding cybersecurity education increases vulnerability—C.A.P. offers a proactive, principled path forward.
C.A.P. sustains impact through paid advanced certifications, alumni-led service teams, partnerships with tech companies and donors, and a membership model that fosters ongoing community support.
